GREAT MACHINE OPTION IN A COMPLETE LINE FOR LAMINATING PANELS. CLEAN MACHINE VERY LITTLE USAGE. Applications: Face/Laminate material: Rolled stock, paper, melamine, HP Laminate and wall coverings. Substrate: Foam, Particle board, MDF, Plywood, Hardwoods and Fiber board. System Operation: Step 1- Operator feeds substrate through glue applicator. Pinch roller disperses the glue web as substrate advances. Once glue has been applied hot knife wire with separate the glue. Step 2- Index laminate manually positioned to adjusting index pin and activates the laminate drive. Step 3- Heat bank substrate passes under the tripple heat bank which activates the glue web. Step 4- Laminate of board as face material and substrate meet and enter pinch roller where the bond is made advancing through the pinch roller together to complete the laminate. Working dimensions: Maximum Substrate Width: 62";Minimum Substrate Widths: 12"; Maximum Substrate Length: 12' (if using Glue Web cutoff); Minimum Substrate Length: With Carrier: 12";With-Out Carrier: 27" and With Laminate Drive: 54".
