US CONCEPTS FAS-LX ARCH MOULDER. Equipped with (2) axis spindle adjustment and spindle tilt. The spindle adjustment and floating feed make cutting circular, elliptical and straight casing and crowns a breeze. The spindle can be adjusted from horizontal to 52 degree to insure the proper cut on the parts you need. Motor: 7-1/2 HP motor; cutterhead speed - 6,200 RPM. Spindle: 1-1/4" diameter spindle; spindle tilts up to 52 degrees; two axis adjustment; 6" maximum cutting width; 4-1/4" maximum material height. Siko digital readouts on horizontal and vertical adjustment of head with cutter guard. Feed: Variable speed controller for feed speeds of 0 to 30 FPM; floating feed system with (5) powered feed rolls. Table: 36" x 24" steel table; automatic starter with motor overload protection. Includes: Optional forward and reverse controls for spindle and feed.
